At www.tiens.com.my , we value your business and your trust. We recognize that your privacy is very important to you and to most people who use the Internet. However if your request affects or hinder or render it difficult or cumbersome to process the orders, applicable bonuses, promotion or benefits we shall have the right to terminate your Membership as the case may be. REGISTRATION
All users must use a confidential password together with the identification number assigned to you in order to log on to the password protected areas of www.tiens.com.my. You shall maintain the confidentiality of any identification number or password. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of these identifiers, or any other breach of security. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under these Identifiers. We are not responsible for any misuse of your account by someone who uses your Identifiers.

GENERAL PRINCIPLE
By submitting your personal data to us, you agree and consent to us to collect, use and process your personal data.

We will not process your personal data for any unlawful purpose and will process your personal data for lawful purpose directly related to the matter for which you submit your personal data to us or is necessary or is adequate for that matter or for the other purposes set out below.

CHOICE PRINCIPLE
You have the right not to provide us with any of your personal data but if you wish to join or remain as our Member or wish to obtain further information about us and our products and services or any updates thereof you are obliged to provide us your personal data and if you fail to supply us your personal data we would not be able to process your purchases and applicable bonuses, promotion or benefits or provide you with further information about us or our products or updates.
Your personal data supplied to us is currently processed by us. However we may outsource such processing to other third parties and in such an event we will ensure that your personal data is secured.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
When you visit this Site, we may collect information in two ways through information automatically gathered from your computer or through information you voluntarily provide at this Site. Automatically gathered information are navigational information about wh ere visitors go on our Site, how many visits were made to the Site, when the Site was visited and other non-personally identifiable information (for example domain type, browser version, service provider, IP address). Automatically gathered information is non-personally identifiable.

If you have requested to receive such messages from us, you have consented to our sharing, giving, selling, or renting of your name and email address to third parties. If you do not specifically request these messages, they will not be sent to you. If after choosing to receive these email messages from us, you later decide that you wish to stop receiving them, you can easily unsubscribe it by contacting us.

DISCLOSURE PRINCIPLE
We will not without your consent discloses your personal data for any purpose other than the purposes set out herein or for which your personal data was to be disclosed at the time of collection of your personal data or for a purpose directly related to the same.
We will not disclose your personal data to a third party other than with your consent or authority or to the parties set out in this Privacy Policy, for which you have agreed by submitting your personal data and information to us.

Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from Members for commercial purposes.

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have the opportunity to choose not to share the information. We remind that by using our Site, you shall be deemed to have given your consent to the collection and gathering and use of information collected or gathered by us.

SECURITY PRINCIPLE

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. SSL also confirms the identity of the server and tells us that the message arrived safely. Presently we believe this is the most secure system available and offers the strongest possible deterrent against fraud and hackers. You are entitled to access your personal data held by us and to request for the data to be corrected wh ere your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date. We may refuse to comply with your data correction request if we are not supplied with such information as we may reasonably require in order for us to be satisfied as to your identity or we are not supplied with such information as we may reasonably request to ascertain in what way your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date or we are not satisfied that your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date or we are not satisfied that the correction is accurate complete, not misleading or up-to-date.
